GRIP6 is a brand with products spanning digital wallet and everyday-use categories, including belts and socks. The business already had a working product and a small group of early users who liked what they had built. The missing piece was brand visibility at scale. YouTube offered an opportunity to introduce the brand to a much wider audience, but simply launching video ads would not solve the problem. The brand needed a recognizable identity, a structured campaign strategy, and a way to move viewers further down the funnel.
The product was ready. The audience wasn't. GRIP6 had the foundation of a viable product, but its advertising setup wasn't giving the brand a clear path to growth.
The main goal was to build GRIP6’s YouTube presence and create a structured advertising funnel that could turn awareness into measurable engagement and conversions.
We began with a complete review of the brand assets and existing YouTube account structure. From there, we built the strategy around two connected areas:
A recognizable brand identity + a funnel-based YouTube campaign structure.
The campaigns were then developed to move through awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention, with continuous testing and optimization throughout.
Our strategy included:
Before scaling the advertising, we needed to make sure people could recognize the brand.
We developed a consistent visual identity and messaging framework that gave the product a recognizable personality across campaigns and creative assets. This created greater consistency between the brand, its advertising, and the audience experience.
We structured YouTube campaigns around each stage of the funnel. Broad campaigns helped identify responsive audiences, while consideration campaigns refined targeting and engagement.
For users who had already interacted with GRIP6, we introduced remarketing and wallet-specific campaigns to move warm audiences toward conversion and retention.
Rather than deciding upfront which audience would work best, we tested multiple segments in parallel.
This included:
The purpose was simple: Find where genuine interest was coming from instead of relying on assumptions. Performance data from these tests then informed budget allocation and campaign optimization.
A viewer who has already interacted with a brand is different from someone seeing it for the first time.
We built dedicated remarketing campaigns to re-engage people who had interacted with earlier content. This helped keep the funnel active instead of allowing initial interest to disappear after the first interaction.
We continuously reviewed campaign performance to identify which combinations of creative, audience, and targeting were producing stronger results.
Budget was moved away from weaker broad campaigns and toward audience segments and creative formats that were generating better engagement and subscriber growth. This created a more data-driven approach to scaling the campaign.
Performance wasn't identical across every location or every day. We tested campaign performance across specific regions and also isolated weekend audience behavior.
This showed that engagement patterns could change depending on where and when users were being reached. Those insights were then used to refine campaign allocation and targeting.
The campaign wasn't treated as a one-time setup.
We continuously tested different elements, including:
The strongest findings were used to improve subsequent campaigns, while weaker approaches were reduced or removed.
The brand started with almost no audience, but that didn’t stop growth. With the expertise of the Adwords PPC Expert , we built a structured YouTube strategy focused on audience testing, funnel development, and continuous optimization. This helped GRIP6 achieve 21.6M+ engagements and increase conversion value per cost by up to 3.55X.
